The first thing you need to do is measure the room to see how much space you have. You need to have enough space for your necessary furniture. It is important that the office space at home is comfortable, functional, and at the same time clean, and organized. You don't want to have clutter all over the place. All folders, documents, and other supplies should be neatly arranged in their storage place and away from the workspace. You can add a few plants around the office to make it homier, however, avoid adding too much 'personality' in your office. After all, this is not your relaxation room or living room. It is the place where you will continue to earn your money and be a business professional.
